Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we are only offering U.S shipping.


How long before I can receive my order?

Please expect to receive your order within 10 - 21 business days.


How can I check the status of my order?

You should receive an email with the tracking information once your order have been shipped.

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Contact support@luneehome.com within 2 hours providing the correct address, otherwise Lunee Home will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact support@luneehome.com within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can take care of this for you. You’ll need to provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
